Hopper Flat

Stay with us in the Hopper flat situated above the cafe. It features two bedrooms and is suitable for three people to stay.
We are in the centre of Hope Village close to all the amenities including three pubs and an Indian restaurant. It is an ideal base for exploring the Peak District with many good walks direct from the village.

Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

Lounge/dining area

With smart tv , two sofas for relaxing and a dining table and chairs.

Bedroom 1

Comfortable double bedroom with a hanging rails and clothes storage area.

Bedroom 2

Comfortable single bedroom with clothes storage area.

Bathroom
Good sized modern bathroom with full size bath and rainfall shower.

Parking
There is no onsite parking, however the main road has spots which are free and it is a 40min wait zone outside the cafe which is ideal to unload.

Things to note

Access to the flat is via the cafe garden and has iron steps up to the property.
There is a small balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view!
During cafe hours the garden is used by the cafe, but after hours feel free to use (just clear anything away after you have finished if you have drinks or food outside).

Unfortunately there is a no pets rule.

Strictly no smoking in the property, balcony or garden.

No parties and please be quiet between 10pm until 8am to respect the neighbours.
